Technologies such as HPP, PEF, e-beam, UV, plasma and also protective culture concepts are increasingly being used in Switzerland. These processes offer new possibilities not only for non-thermal inactivation processes but also for generating or preserving structures. Application of these technologies offer new potentials and give new tools to industry. Within the innovation group we will focus on where and how these processes can be used to achieve best impact and maximum benefit.
