Food Day
Planting Healthier NutritionFocusing on the idea of Planting Healthier Nutrition, participants dive into the latest food system research and engage in critical exchanges on timely issues. As co-creating ideas is at the core of sustainable change, Food Day brings together diverse perspectives from science, industry, and policy with a program of interactive workshops, expert-led sessions, and, of course, a bit of cooking.
Soil to Soul Symposium 2025
Rethinking NutritionWhat does a way of eating that nourishes both body and soil taste like? What happens when fermentation not only refines food but also strengthens our microbiome? How are chefs shaping the agriculture of tomorrow through conscious ingredient choices? And what role do farmers play in the fight against the climate crisis? From 29 October to 1 November 2025, we’ll explore these questions and create a platform for inspiring ideas, meaningful encounters, and practical solutions for a sustainable food culture.

Fachkonferenz über Trends, Märkte und ManagementDie Fachkonferenz Brennpunkt Nahrung bildet eine nationale Plattform für hochrangige Fachkreise. Entscheidungsträgerinnen und Entscheidungsträger entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der Schweizer Agrar- und Lebensmittelwirtschaft tauschen sich an Brennpunkt Nahrung aus. Als Start-up erhalten Sie die einmalige Gelegenheit, Ihr herausragendes und innovatives Geschäftsmodell, Produkt oder Ihre Dienstleistung den rund 300 Teilnehmenden der Fachkonferenz Brennpunkt Nahrung zu zeigen. Das Herz des Start-up Innovation Corners sind echte Innovationen aus der Agro-Food Branche.
13th Meeting of the IG Proteins4Future & Bioconversion
This meeting will focus on sensory, nutrition as well as food safety in Dairy- and Meat-Alternatives. Fermentation will play a key role in the future of plant-based food and alternative proteins in general, which is why we combine in this edition the Innovation Groups Proteins4Future and Bioconversion for the second time in 2 years. In addition, participants will gain valuable insights in the newly established Sproudz environment in Zollikofen powered by fenaco and already used by Outlawz Food and the Bakery Bakery.
