Innovations are omnipresent for him, from the development of thermostable chocolate, microstructured powders and the process design for the extraction of microplastics. Through her work in international corporations, start-ups, educational and networking organizations, Marina has a profound knowledge of Agro Food Ecosystems. Further education courses at IMD, Lausanne, and UC Berkeley Extension, California for business creation and leadership sparked her curiosity for innovation. With a holistic mindset, she develops strategies and translates them into new business areas, concepts, and partnerships. Today with a special focus on people and the environment.
